EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Please read before submitting an Exchange or Return request

* You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

* Requests are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and you will receive an email notification once your request is approved or declined.

* Shipping fees apply: EGP 120 for returns and EGP 100 for exchanges — unless the item is damaged or not as described, in which case all costs are covered by us.

* Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 3 business days after the courier confirms receipt of the returned item.

* Sale items are non-refundable. They may only be exchanged.
